HopeLamp Stands with the Earthquake Victims in Turkey
With your valuable contributions, HopeLamp successfully delivered five cartons full of clothes to TIKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Government Agency) on 20th Feb’23. TIKA will now deliver the goods to the earthquake-affected areas in Turkey.
HopeLamp raised Tk 23,300 (10k from previous reserve) within 24 hours and purchased the following goods for the Turkish people:
Swift shirt (kids) – 150tk/unit – 34 units
Sweater – 200tk/unit – 20 units
Swift shirt (ladies) – 150tk/unit – 51 units
Jegging trousers – 100tk/unit – 50 units

To justify this claim, HopeLamp team does the following:
• Pays for logistics/transportation costs
• Pays for labour cost
• Bears all the cash out charges from bkash/nagad/rocket
• Pays for any other operational/miscellaneous charges
All of these are to ensure, every single penny of our donors is transferred to the hands of the needy.
Additionally, we procure at discounted rates from the wholesale market as our suppliers also willingly contribute to this project. We have conducted our market research to get the best supplies from the wholesale market.
